1 chicken breast • 1/2 cup spinach • 1/2 cup onion
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste • 2 oz. white wine • 1 oz. olive oil
1 cup sour cream

In a skillet, add oil, garlic, onion and spinach. Place chicken breast on top of spinach, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook at low heat for about a minute.   

Flip chicken breast and season again with salt and pepper. Add wine, cover and keep cooking at low heat.  

When chicken is just cooked, add sour cream, combining with other ingredients to create the sauce.   


Serve hot with a side of vegetables or on white rice.
