As the temperatures begin to rise, nothing beats a refreshingly cool shrimp cocktail. But interestingly enough, in some restaurants in this region of Mexico, it is not uncommon to serve it warm! If you favor the cold style, as we do, it can be found in many versions at different restaurants in town. However, there is just one place here where you can savor a tall shrimp cocktail served with cocktail sauce, slices of avocado, chopped cucumber, onion and tomato and garnished with a nice leaf of lettuce and have your feet firmly buried in the sand. That place is the beach, where you can bask in the afternoon sun while enjoying our spectacular ocean views along with this popular treat.
