Bravos Restaurant Bar, his first venture in Mexico as chef/owner
Beginning at age 18 with the successful operation of his own restaurant for four and a half years, Canadian chef/owner Michael Boufford is no stranger to the culinary scene. He began visiting the region in 1994, joining La Cuiza for five years the following year. After a few years in Toronto, he returned to work at The River Cafe. Bravos Restaurant Bar is his first venture in Mexico as chef/owner.
