There is a new place in Puerto Vallarta for outdoor recreational activities: Parque Lineal de la Ribera del Río Pitillal. With the first phase inaugurated, this ambitious project will extend over four miles along both sides of the river, beginning in the Playa Grande neighborhood and ending where the river meets the sea. Currently, in addition to green grass, the park offers a refreshment stand and a track ideal for jogging.
