This past Sunday April 21st, the 8th edition of the International Small Boat Regatta WesMex 2013 concluded successfully at the Vallarta Yacht Club. With recorded winds up to 18 knots the regatta scored ten races over three days of fierce competition on Banderas Bay.

The event reached a record attendance of 249 athletes from all over Mexico, United States and Canada. With support from the four Class Associations, The Mexican Sailing Federation and large presence of the Mexican Navy, WesMex is emerging as the country's largest small Boat Regatta.
