Thursday, February 13, will be a very special day at the American School of Puerto Vallarta, when it opens its doors to local and visiting families from 8:30 to 11:30 am to discover why it is one of the finest educational institutions in the region. “We want families to live the American School experience, so instead of a typical presentation, we’ve set up a self-guided tour for visitors,” commented Eduardo Xavier García, Communications and marketing Director for the time-honored school.
During the visit, families will be able to discover the Marina Vallarta-based campus and some of the programs offered at the institution, such as Sports and Athletics, Art and Music, Technology and much more.
Founded in 1986 by local business leaders, the American School of Puerto Vallarta is a nonprofit, nonsectarian educational institution accredited by the U.S. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Mexican Ministry of Education, and the National University of Mexico. It offers a bilingual, bicultural education to students from preschool through grade 12.
