Galleria Dante Welcomes New Artists

Published Sep 4, 2013, 1:20pm -

Although Galleria Dante—one of Puerto Vallarta’s most prestigious art galleries—is taking a well-deserved break during the month of September, they recently announced the names of several new artists that will be represented by them, once they re-open to the public on October 1.

Originally from Guadalajara, Enrique Loza studied design and later worked as a professional photographer. Richard Boutin is a French Canadian artist from Quebec that has been living and working in Puerto Vallarta for two years. He began his artistic career creating and selling hand-drawn greeting cards before training in many different painting techniques. Peruvian born painter Franco Belli, who now calls Rome, Italy his home, has had numerous exhibitions of his work all over the Americas. Adriana Dorantes is a sculptor from Guadalajara who makes small works, as well as public art and monuments, working primarily in steel, bronze and ceramic. Another Peruvian artist, Kenneth Rios lives in Puerto Vallarta, and is primarily an abstract painter. His work has been shown throughout the world.

To make room in their well-stocked exhibition space, Galleria Dante continues offering  a 20-40% discount on most of their collection until October 31. For more information, contact them directly.
