Puerto Vallarta’s Chef Thierry Blouet will be the guest chef at the famed Jaso Restaurant in Mexico City on July 6-7, 2009, cooking side by side with chefs Jared Reardon and Sonia Arias at a special dinner for American Express cardholders. Reardon and Arias who are the owners and chefs of Jaso, have received international recognition for their spectacular culinary accomplishments. Undoubtedly, these three chefs working together will create an explosion of flavors for the American Express clients in attendance. This special multi-course dinner will feature wine pairing with each course.

Thierry Blouet, owner of Café des Artistes, is celebrated as a leading ambassador of French cuisine in the world, as well as being a great representative and promoter of high end cuisine in Puerto Vallarta. In addition to his original dining venue in El Centro, he recently opened Theirry’s Prime Steakhouse in Vallarta’s Hotel Zone and Café des Artistes del Mar in Punta de Mita.
