The Deli recently celebrated its second anniversary in style, with members of the press and invited guests in attendance. Attendees enjoyed beverages including Sangria and samples of some of the fine food offered by The Deli, including a preview of their upcoming new specialty Friday takeout menu, such as the tenderly delicious pulled pork.

Chef Hnoi Latthitham and co-owner Chef Ignacio Uribe originally bought this building in partnership with Tari Bowman, to use the space as a back-up kitchen for Daiquiri Dick’s Restaurant. The idea of opening a gourmet deli came to mind when they decided to put the storefront of this venue to use. Their idea was to create healthy and affordable takeout food. The Deli offers fresh baked goods such as delicious scones, bagels and banana bread, salads, hummus, wraps and a changing menu of hot entrees.
