Daiquiri Dick’s Announces Wine Label

Acclaimed restaurant Daiquiri Dick’s recently partnered with Napa Valley-based Rutherford Wine Company to offer three noteworthy wines under their own label. The 2007 Chardonnay features pear, peach and apricot overtones and is perfect for pairing with seafood. For hearty Mexican dishes, try the 2005 Merlot. And for a fine rib eye cut, there is a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. A creative team from Daiquiri Dick’s, which included executive chef Ignacio Uribe and manager Hnoi Latthitham, had the opportunity to visit the vineyards last summer, forging a savory partnership that resulted in these private label wines, which will fundamentally enhance the dining experience at this favorite beachfront restaurant. Or purchase them by the bottle for a perfect gift to take with you to your next potluck dinner.
