La Cruz Announces Party in the Plaza

Published Oct 25, 2012, 12:07pm - (Updated Nov 7, 2012, 12:43pm)

Businesses from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and surrounding communities have once again joined forces to promote the town in a winter season welcoming event, Party in the Plaza, to take place in La Cruz’s main plaza on Saturday, November 3, 4-7 pm. This event, like the highly successful Taste of La Cruz held this past July, will showcase restaurants, musicians, artists and businesses from throughout the Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit.

Party in the Plaza will feature delicious food from the bay’s top restaurants including Arroyos Verdes' Bambu, Black Forest, Daiquiri Dick's, Frascati, La Palma, Mariscos Tino's, Oso's Oyster Bar, Roberto's Xocolatl, Rosa Mexicano, Sandrina's, Sonoma Al Sur and Tortuga Beach (with more to be added) along with full beverage service and music & dance that is sure to get you moving.

Visitors from Mexico DF, Guadalajara, Tepic, and throughout the entire Bahia and Riviera Nayarit will be able to enjoy a stroll through the newly renovated Plaza Benito Juarez and enjoy the people, the music, the food, the commerce and the ambiance of this beautiful town located 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, in Riviera Nayarit.

This event is being co-produced by Inside La Cruz and Tortuga Beach.  Admission is free, food and drink available for purchase.  A portion of the net proceeds will go to the operating fund of the ACTION FOR FOOD program in La Cruz. For more information, please visit www.lacruzpartyintheplaza.com.
