Local favorite mariachi singer Jorge Acosta has once again partnered Daiquiri Dick’s the highly popular Olas Altas eatery, where he will present a dinner concert on Friday, October 26 along with local guitarist Eduardo León and other musical guests.

Dinner guests have two seating choices, an early set from 7:15 to 8:30 pm, and a second show, 9:15 to 10:30 pm. A $150 peso per person cover charge will be added to all dinner bills and those wishing to attend the show without dining pay a $200 cover charge, which includes a national beverage.

Hardly a stranger to the Olas Altas restaurant scene, Acosta has been crooning mariachi songs and soft ballads from table to table for many years, charming visitors and locals with his killer smile and good looks—not to mention a strong, baritone voice—while honing his talent. Earlier this year he gathered a group of local musicians with whom he performed a successful run at nearby The Palm Cabaret and Bar (thepalmpv.com). Subsequently, he and León took to the recording studio and a new CD release from the duo is forthcoming.

Reservations for this highly-anticipated event are strongly suggested. For more information and reservations, please visit Daiquiri Dick’s.
