Puerto Vallarta Athlete Wants to Break Free Diving Records

Puerto Vallarta diver Alfredo Romo Hernandez announced his participation in the Vertical Blue competition which will take place April 17 - 27 in Long Island Bahamas, where he hopes to improve the national record for free diving in two different categories. The 26 year-old athlete will have several opportunities to beat the national record in Constant Weight set at 58 meters and the Constant Weight finless set at 45 meters, both records belonging to Mexican Luis Turrent.
Several divers worldwide will be competing for national records of participating countries and the world record for different categories. In addition to his physical and mental preparation, Alfredo Romo is looking for sponsors, both governmental and private companies that want to support him in his career representing our country.
