entreAmigos Community Center Hosts Formal Inauguration

Published Feb 15, 2010, 1:22pm - (Updated Nov 28, 2011, 6:32pm)

San Pancho's community center entreAmigos had a formal inauguration of its new bodega, which was very different from the community inauguration they had a month ago. This formal opening was made in order to officially thank everyone who contributed in building this important space for the community. The event was attended by representatives of local government, as well as Michael Moore and Robin Temple of the international organization Three Swallows Foundation.

For all those interested in joining entreAmigos labors, email to info@entreamigos.org.mx. They currently need a volunteer receptionist, a weekly three hour training is offered. To watch a community center video, go to www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEnMWlxArcA.
