City officials opened the first stage of a new park at the Pitillal riverfront, a corridor, which is the start of an ambitious project that will eventually extend for 7 km. This is an ideal recreational environment for families living near the river or for those looking for a tranquil place to exercise outdoors.

The Pitillal river is located on the popular neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta that bears the same name, and it meets the ocean between the Holiday Inn and Plaza Peninsula, on Fco. Medina Ascencio.
