There are almost two dozen art galleries located in El Centro, each offering their own selection works created by important visual artists from Mexico and abroad. Several of them belong to the Old Town Art Walk, a self-guided art gallery walking tour that takes place Wednesday evenings during Winter and Spring, allowing locals and visiting art collectors to get to know the artists as they exhibit their own works. All art galleries in El Centro can be usually found open during regular business hours throughout the week.
