This exceptionally pretty restaurant celebrates the vivacious spirit of Mexico´s most authentic cuisine in six different ambiances, including an ocean-view terrace, garden sanctuary and air- conditioned dining room. Everything is made from scratch, including tortillas and moles, or sauces, containing 30-plus ingredients each peanut from Chiapas, black from Oaxaca, pink from Guerrero and Poblano from Puebla served over chicken, the traditional way. Compli- mentary jicama and guacamole tacos accompany drinks, margaritas appearing with individual tequila bottles. The tortilla soup is wonderful, as is the calamari in a buttery garlic sauce, the Si Senor steak and every other dish we tried.
